A small, septic-focused crew serving Baldwin, Mobile, and Escambia Counties, Alabama.
P&C Septic Solutions was founded in 2020 following Hurricane Sally’s impact on the Gulf Coast. Owner Phillip Sirmon initially built the business around land clearing, driveways, culverts, dirt pads, and landscaping services.
As the company grew, its direction began to evolve. About three years ago, Phillip decided to shift the company’s primary focus from general dirt work and landscaping to septic services. The company provides septic system installations, pumping, repairs, and pump services, with a commitment to dependable workmanship and quality service for customers throughout the community.
While P&C still takes on select driveway and dirt pad projects, the company’s focus for the future is clear: continuing to grow as a trusted local provider for all septic and sewer needs.
The people behind P&C Septic Solutions
Phillip Sirmon founded P&C Septic in 2020. Born and raised in Daphne, Phillip is a graduate of Daphne High School and the University of Mobile and is proud to own and operate a local business serving his community. He and his wife, Shannon, have been married for more than 24 years and have two children, Payton and Camden, along with their family dog, Sadie. When he’s not working, Phillip enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
James has been with P&C for over 2 years and brings plenty of knowledge to P&C, with 10 years of experience in the septic industry. Away from work, James enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. He is the proud dad of a little boy with another baby boy on the way. At home, the family also has a Bloodhound and a goldfish.
Angel has been a valued member of the P&C team for more than three years. Before entering the septic industry, he spent five years working in landscaping and hardscaping, bringing valuable hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to his role at P&C. Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time with his family. He is married, a proud father of four, and has a loving Husky at home.
Cameron joined P&C two years ago after previously working in construction. When he’s not on the job, Cameron enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing. He and his wife have been married for three years, and have a sweet dog named Addie.
Madison recently joined the P&C team, bringing previous experience as an office administrator for a local surveying company. As one of the first voices customers hear, she enjoys answering the phones and helping make a great first impression for P&C. Outside of work, Madison loves spending time with family, going out to eat, and visiting the beach. She is a proud mom to Jameson, with another little boy, Jace, arriving in November, and a Bloodhound named Oakley.
